Service Relationship Manager - London
A Service Relationship Manager is required by one of the foremost and highly respected investment banks in the world.
Your responsibilities will be to actively build relationships with clients and gain clear understanding of their needs, where differing from market standard. You will identify recurring problems caused by the bank's internal process and provide resolution. You will interact with sales to understand the client trading profile and updated on new activity.
You will be of a highly experienced individual with extensive client contact experience ideally currently working at VP/Director level . You will demonstrate the ability to influence front office, transaction management, operations, collateral and have experience of valuations conflict management .
