A prominent provider of asset services and solutions requires an income administrator.


Working as part of a large team of professionals responsible for processing and pro-actively managing the distribution of dividend payments to clients for worldwide markets, this role offers the opportunity to learn the dividend payment process from start to finish for a wide selection of worldwide markets.


You will be responsible for the client's dividends from accrual set up through to payment, and the reconciliation of all dividends. Other tasks include issuing and distributing dividend claims, pro actively manage and respond to internal and external client queries, and ensuring all cash exceptions, generated by the income process, are documented and cleared from the reconciliation system.
