Client Service Associate - London


An experienced, professional and diligent client service associate is required for our client; arguably one of the foremost private wealth institutions in the world.


The client service associate will provide fundamental support in all phases of client service, client relationship building and account maintenance to assist the business activities of financial advisors (FAs). Responsibilities include providing client service support in accepting and placing orders upon FAs, responding to client inquiries on account documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, securities transfers, security information, general product and/or service information research.


Experience in investment/financial services industry is essential, and the candidate will demonstrate solid academic attainment, or relevant experience. Knowledge and experience with client service skills, communication skills, and presentation skills are all required.
