An excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst / Operations Support has arisen within this highly respected Top Tier Investment Bank. Our client is a leading global financial services firm with operations in more than 50 countries. The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset and wealth management, and private equity.

GEAS is an operational team that sits within Global Finance and who covers all international offices of Investment Banking, Asset Management & Security Services. This new role is an additional headcount based in London & is a project based BA role.

The key responsibilities for the Business Analyst / Operations Support include:
- Required to analysis, test, and evolution / documentation of the operational procedures -
ultimately to run the BAU process
- Represent the group in responding to client issues and queries, participating in associated projects & training users on the EARS reporting tool, analysis and support of miscellaneous BAU processes and reconciliations.
- Assume a SME role in the context of the UK team's functions - inclusive of SAP-CO allocations, the standard cash settlement and invoicing process, and the available reporting tools

The suitable candidate should have previous experience of dealing with financial reporting tools in an FS environment finance background, along with a project based analytical background.
