FX Associate Portfolio Manager - London


A premier investment bank requires an FX associate portfolio manager.


The prime objective of this role is the implementation and monitoring of currency overlay strategies, set out by the portfolio manager, in accordance with investment guidelines and internal procedures. It will also involve the provision of support to the portfolio managers by managing the cash positions in their portfolios.


As a successful FX associate portfolio manager, you will monitor currency exposures in equity portfolios, as well as prepare forward FX trades and passive currency overlay strategies, ensuring all orders are in accordance with client guidelines.


Significant industry experience gained in a similar role is required in order to succeed at this role. You must have excellent numerical skills, and this will be demonstrated by excellent academic credentials in a mathematical, economical, or financial discipline.
