Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

25,000 to 27,000 plus benefits plus bonus
Join a highly successful graduate recruitment team at a leading investment bank.
Duties:
- Administration and coordination of the end to end recruitment process
- Liaising with the target universities across UK/Europe to book campus events
- Co-management of relationships with target universities to promote graduate and internship opportunities
- Liaison with careers services, student societies, university faculty
- Proactively identify best channels/tools to promote graduate and internship opportunities on European campuses: online, emails, student networks, student societies, publications, poster, fliers ,etc.
- Identifying university sponsorships opportunities, gathering competitor intelligence
- Provide logistical support in cooperation with the external agency for all campus events
- Sourcing sufficient participation/engagement from the business representatives
- Collating and disseminating feedback on the campus activities
- Attending campus events across Europe
- Working with external supplier to ensure CV sifting reflects current/changing business needs
- Carry out quality control of CV sifting and pre-selection activities in cooperation with external supplier
- Provide logistical support for Interviews and Assessment Centres
- Responsibility for running selection events across Europe, collating outcomes & disseminating feedback to all relevant parties
- Responsible for collecting all necessary documentation necessary to fulfil hiring needs e.g. pre-employment screening; ensuring contractual documentation is issues; candidate liaison and maintaining keeping them warm activities
- Processing candidate expenses
- Offer and new joiner administration
- Candidates management and communication throughout the recruitment process
Management & response of graduate recruitment mailbox.
- Provide logistical support for graduate and interns induction programme
- Maintain relevant databases and provide reporting information
- Undertake projects as required to support the team in providing " first class" programme ( may include Easter Programme, Intern Programme, MI, etc.)
- Provide support and take ownership for projects associated with development of new marketing materials ( brochure, website,etc.)
- Depending on experience take ownership for managing candidates pipeline and client relationships for the "niche" business areas
Person:
- Strong coordination skills.
- Good to advanced knowledge of MS office packages
- Previous Graduate Recruitment Experience
- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional attention to detail required for this role.
- Strong team player
- Demonstrate drive and enthusiasm.
- Ability to take responsibility for projects, use initiative.
- Strong and confident communicator.
- Fluency in another European language will be an advantage
- Exposure to stakeholder management
