Business Architect - London



A highly prestigious international bank requires a business architect to help manufacture change programmes. The bank provides a cross-business perspective, ensuring that changes are implemented in a cohesive manner to achieve maximum benefit for the group as a whole.



The role will form part of the design team. This team has a pivotal and transformational role in shaping the change agenda for the division in both driving winning business solutions and winning approaches to delivery.



The business architect will provide business analytical support to the senior design manager and design manager in the design team. The role will be expected to undertake specific detailed analysis tasks and design work-streams. Typically, the role holder will be expected to assist with the design end to end solutions in collaboration with others.



Good business analysis experience and skills are required in order to perform this role well. Notably this includes: requirements elicitation; process engineering; understanding of it systems and design; and structured analysis. Experience of change management cycle, and a track record collaborating successfully with a wide range of stakeholders on a wide range of business issues, is essential.
