Senior Officer Operations Support - London
A prestigious international bank, instrumental in initiating and leading the global financial service market, requires a diligent professional as a senior officer for operations support.
The role of the senior officer, operations support is to ensure all pre- and post-process operational activities emanating from the bank's private banking client base are managed efficiently, accurately and expediently. Investigating problems in operations support both pre- and post-process need to be managed, prioritised and resolved in an organised fashion with the aim of mitigating business risk and loss as much as possible.
The role requires the candidate to have strong leadership and man-management skills, acquired through good experience. The individual within the team needs to have an extensive knowledge of retail payments: in particular SWIFT MT103 messaging. Strong supervisory qualities are required.
