Service Delivery Manager - London



Our client is a highly respected, world-leading international investment bank, and they require a service delivery manager.



The service delivery manager will play a central role in managing clients' day to day relationship with the bank, and act as the initial contact point for new and enhanced service requests. The manager will ensure that prior to the establishment of new services all key affected areas have been fully involved and all responsibilities fully documented.



The candidate will initiative-driven, and have a client service background, with experience of client presentations, and broad knowledge and experience of global custody and middle office services.
