Receptionist/HR Administrator - West End - London - £24k

An experienced Receptionist/HR Administrator is required for an Investment company based in the there busy yet corporate West End office.

The successful candidate will be working on a busy Reception. You must have an excellent and polite telephone manner and be able to multi-task when necessary. There will also be some HR admin required and some support to the team.

Main task and responsibilities:
Answering a busy
Taking accurate messages
Sort and distribute post and faxes without delay
Meeting and greeting clients/visitors
Ensure that the Reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times
Open and dealing with all mail
Admin support to the HR team
Preparing monthly board packs
Holiday planners kept up to date
Date and filing management
Ad hoc admin

The successful Receptionist/HR Administrator should have proven experience of working within a similar industry and experience of working on a busy switchboard.
