Fantastic opportunity for experienced Insurance Professional to join this National Broker as an Associate Director. Salary circa £50,000 plus bonus and fantastic benefits.

The role will encompass a number of duties but typically you will be dealing with the renewal, retention and growth of existing accounts whilst maintaining and increasing the value of a portfolio of accounts by the renewal of current business and conversion of additional business opportunities from current clients.

You will endeavour and maintain service delivery to agreed standards for a portfolio of accounts, act as the focal point of contact for clients and if applicable, co- ordinate activities of a team of experts to provide the best possible service to the clients.

You will analyse clients needs, collect and analyse relevant information to identify potential risk transfer solutions, prepare market submissions and provide advice to clients and colleagues on the different products.

Carry out preparation of insurance documentation.

Develop promotional materials and participate in trade shows, conferences, marketing and PR campaigns and other activities designed to enhance the image of products and services.

Provide management information for review at Business Unit and Accounts meetings.

Establish and maintain risk placement files, ensure all risk information is accurate, complete and up-to- date and distribute information to appropriate individuals when required.

Initiate and close new business opportunities from potential new clients, network and manage client relationships.

Carry out projects, tasks and other duties as may from time to time be specified by senior management.

In order to be successful you will have PI & D&O experience, Knowledge of Construction industry (surveyors, civil engineering, etc)and Supervisory experience preferable.
