Business Analyst, Process Re-Engineering Documentation - London


A leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private client franchise requires a Business Analyst to join their process re-engineering group.


The applicant will be specifically recruited for the business process re-engineering team of derivative operations working on documentation specific projects. The main function of the job is documenting project charter, devising methods of measuring the extent to the identified issue and gaining consensus from a variety of global stakeholders on requirements.


The role involves documentation of business requirements, capturing metrics to asses the extent of the issue and measure project success against, and driving the change forward across operations, middle office and IT.


Excellent knowledge of interest rate, credit or equity OTC derivatives products is essential. The analyst will have strong project management experience and will be able to drive forward change on small-medium sized projects using Six S igma methodology.
