An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Systems Support Analyst to work for one of Europe's leading asset managers. Working within a niche team, the successful Systems Support Analyst will be expected to provide first line operational and technical support to Business Users for a wide range of Investment Systems.

The Systems Support Analyst will be expected to fulfill the following job specifics:

- Apply the Systems Support Model for Investment Systems
- Checking overnight system update processes
- Investigating system reconciliation errors
- Recording, investigating and managing systems problems reported by Users.
- Contributing to the development and testing of future system enhancements
- Complete Service Review Meetings with Business Users and System Suppliers

The Systems Support Analyst will have the following candidate specification:

- Investment Industry Experience and an understanding of Investment Systems and Data is essential
- Excellent experience in working with System Suppliers/Software Vendors eg. Bloomberg, Reuters
- Excellent IT skills and exposure
- Some sort of industry IT qualification/IT degree, or qualified by experience

This is a 6 - 12 month contract for a Systems Support Analyst paying a highly competitive salary. This is a Monday - Friday position.
