Client Service Manager - London
A forerunning international custodian requires a diligent, driven and determined client service manager.
The purpose of the role is to contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the reputation for service excellence in the custody and banking product lines within UK custody.
You will contribute to the profitability and growth of the custody client base by delivering an excellent client service experience. You will strive to enhance existing institutional relationships through improved service, developing a service model, and enhancing a reputation that attracts new clients.
The role requires excellent knowledge of global custody and securities services industry, as well as experience in both client facing and back office roles. You will be a team player with good influencing and negotiating skills, and have the ability to work in a pressurised environment and manage priorities effectively.
