Derivatives Administrator - London


A position has arisen in the derivative administration team in London of one of the world's largest asset management firms. We are looking for a highly professional, skilled and self-motivated person to join the team who can quickly learn all aspects relating to derivative administration.


The ideal candidate will be flexible, multi task oriented and able to think and contribute to solutions within the team. The candidate should also have a good client service mentality along with good communication skills.


The main duties of the position are to monitor account set-up for accuracy in multiple accounting systems. The derivatives administrator will also be responsible for the timely confirmation of trade details for all over-the-counter transactions with their associated counterparties.


Good market experience of back office operations is necessary to ensure the success of this role. Experience of exchange traded or over-the-counter derivative instruments (particularly OTCs) would be significantly advantageous.
