Premier Fund Administration provider is currently seeking a dynamic and client orientated individual to join at Fund Accounting Manager level. The purpose of this high profile role is to take responsibility for a department of c50 staff who deliver NAVs and fund accounting services to a number of prestigious franchise clients. Key challenges in the position will be to ensure the fund accounting service meets client expectations, that enhancements to the accounting system are identified and implemented, to ensure client relationships are managed effectively and translation of corporate goals into individual and collective targets for team members. The successful applicant will be leading a motivated and experienced department at a time of steady growth for the firm. An almost negligible error-rate from an operational perspective and a proven commitment to developing productive long-term with a limited number of key clients has helped the firm stand out from it's competitors and attracted quality to this employer in recent years.
