European Product Group - Shareholder Servicing Team - Senior Analyst - London


The role entails working in a highly prestigious asset management shareholder servicing team, in the areas of financial control & operations.


The senior analyst will be responsible for monitoring of the fund owned bank accounts which are in place for offshore mutual fund contractual settlement. The analyst will ensure funds are paid to and received from clients accurately and promptly.


The role is not in a pure operations team, nor does it encompass the more traditional activities associated with an accounting financial control function such as general ledger maintenance, P&L, balance sheet, and monthly/year end financials.


A high level of accuracy and the ability to maintain this standard while under pressure from reporting deadlines, combined with an understanding of bank account reconciliations and interest claims processes and experience in the banking/asset management industry is essential. Cash management experience is a distinct advantage.
