Joining the expanding team within this Leading International Financial Services Provider, this role provides an Experienced Dividends/ Corporate Actions Manager with further career challenge and development in a professional and motivating environment.

Providing clients with an income distribution service for all asset held in custody , the successful individual would be responsible for managing multiple teams who are accountable for dividend processing.

Key responsibilities of this role would include:

Overseeing the collection and payment process for income derived form holding assets in both the domestic and international markets.
Ensuring all key risk and quality indicators evolve in line with the growth of the business.
Implementation of productivity measures- setting appropriate benchmarks to ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained and improved.
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Be responsible for people management including all resourcing, training, development of staff.


Additional project work will also be part of this role with involvement in migration of dividends processing activity, business process improvement and service delivery.

To be considered for this new and challenging role, candidates should be degree educated ( or equivalent) with excellent experience gained in different processes with the dividends arena, combined with proven track record of people management and development.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills with a flexible and professional approach under pressure.
