Joining the expanding team within this Leading International Financial Services Provider, this role provides an Experienced Corporate Actions Manager with further career challenge and development in a professional and motivating environment.

Providing clients with with a corporate actions service for all assets held in custody , the successful individual would be responsible for managing multiple teams in this area. Key responsibilities would include:

Overseeing of tasks such as outturn of capital reorganisation in the form of cash/stock in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensuring all key risk and quality indicators evolve in line with the growth of the business.
Implementation of productivity measures- setting appropriate benchmarks to ensure Service Level Agreements are maintain and improved.
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Be responsible for people management including all resourcing, training, development of staff.


Additional project work will also be part of this role with involvement in process activity migration, business process improvement and succession planning.

To be considered for this new and challenging role, candidates should be degree educated ( or equivalent) with excellent experience gained across the full range of different processes within corporate actions, combined with proven track record of people management and development at an operational and strategic level.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills with a flexible and professional approach under pressure.
