As they seek to develop their investment operations in Glasgow the firm is looking to recruit a career-minded individual to join as Dividends Manager on a permanent basis. The purpose of this challenging role will be to manage a team of individuals responsible for dividend processing, income administration and CREST payments in what is a fast paced and client-orientated environment. As manager the successful applicant will take responsibility for operational effectiveness, performance management, resource management as well as representing the team on departmental initiatives.

My client is seeking applications for experienced operations managers with solid understanding of dividend and income administration with established people management skills, excellent decision making and communication skills.
