A leading international hedge fund of funds group is seeking a Group Finance Accountant to help capitalise and drive forward their impressive business growth. The Group is dedicated to maximising hedge fund opportunities and rewards for its global institutional client base, which includes market leaders in insurance, pension funds, asset management and banking.

The role is to report straight into the Finance Director and offers huge variety & exposure to the business from day one. Fantastic offices, great systems and a relaxed working environment are just some of the advantages of this position.

Some of the core duties include the co-ordination and preparation of annual budgets and forecasts; overseeing all aspects of regulatory reporting; and ensuring that effective balance sheet and internal controls exist.

Suitable candidates will be educated to graduate level with strong academics and be ACA qualified from a Big 4 accountancy practice. In addition 2-3 years post qualification experience within a financial services accounts department is also required. Candidates must be technically very good with strong experience of financial accounting, regulatory returns and tax returns.
