Terms and Conditions

All months

1. Each monthly prize will be awarded on the last day of each month.  The competition closes each month on the last day of that month
2. Entry to the competition/draw is your acknowledgement that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
3. The competition is open to Scotland's temporary workers over the age of 18 who are working for Joslin Rowe at any time during the competition
4. Entry to the competition is free
5. Acceptance of the any prize contains limitations and exclusions of liability to any person(s) who takes the prize. Joslin Rowe shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which may arise as a result, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance of any prize.
6. Joslin Rowe's decision as to each monthly winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Joslin Rowe reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or claims for prizes and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process of for submitting an entry or claim for a prize which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
8. For a chance to win temporary workers must enter by sending an email to tempcompetition@joslinrowe.com.  The winner will be selected at random from all entrants by the Joslin Rowe team
9. If you are the winner you will be contacted by a member of the Joslin Rowe team. You must redeem your prize within 6 months of the prize being awarded but at a time mutually suitable to all parties. If prizes are not claimed within the Redemption Period, the winner forfeits his or her claim to that prize.  
10. Winners will be announced on Joslin Rowe's website http://www.joslinrowe.com/scotland-temp-winners by the 10th of each month following the prize being awarded.
11. Entrants accept that, if they win, Joslin Rowe will have the right, without additional payments or permission, to use their name, age and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner and for related promotional purposes.
12. All prizes are supplied by external providers and Joslin Rowe has no liability for the quality of the product, service or experience and is not responsible for the personal liability or effects of the winner.
13. Joslin Rowe is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or taking up any prize. Where the taking up of the prize involves any risk or hazard then by accepting the prize, you agree to accept such risk or hazard and to sign any waiver or consent of such as requested by Joslin Rowe or any third party at that time
14. No responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries or claims.  Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.  Any entries including false information will be declared invalid immediately and a claim to any prize will be revoked.
15. Prizes are subject to availability and Joslin Rowe reserves the right to substitute £50 of vouchers for the store of the winner's choice or offer an alternative prize. Prizes are non-transferable.
16. Any print or copy discrepancies between copy and these terms and conditions do not invalidate these terms and conditions - the terms and conditions take precedence over promotional copy.
17. Joslin Rowe holds no liability for the quality, service or experience connected to any prizes from this draw.   No alternative will be made available if the winner does not want to take that prize.
18. The copyright in any entries will vest in Joslin Rowe.
