Tara Ricks Managing Director, Joslin Rowe Associates & Joslin Rowe Temporaries
Tara began her career in investment banking, working at Morgan Stanley International on the Convertible Bond trading desk. She joined us in 1990 as a consultant in the investment banking division and was appointed director in 1994 with responsibility for the permanent recruitment teams in both London and Scotland. In 2002, Tara became Managing Director of Joslin Rowe and is currently also a member of the Executive Committee of APSCo.
Margaret Dyer Director, Joslin Rowe Scotland
Margaret’s early career spanned twelve years within the Scottish investment industry before she moved into recruitment. Margaret joined us in 2000 to focus on temporary recruitment in Scotland and was promoted to regional manager shortly after that. Margaret is now the director responsible for temporary and permanent recruitment in both our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
