The Keyholding Company act as the guardians of your property, providing security and home management services whilst safeguarding a set of your keys. They are then available around-the-clock to:
- Meet deliveries, contractors and utility companies on your behalf
- Let you in if you lock yourself out, or lose your keys
- Respond to intruder alarm activations when you are unable to
- Check your home is secure whilst you're away (can include moving post from view, feeding animals and watering plants)
- Provide vetted, fixed-rate, reliable contractors to take care of property emergencies or just general maintenance - anything from boiler servicing to putting up shelves
- Take care of all the above issues without you needing to be there!
What are the costs of using this service?
As a Joslin Rowe registered candidate you will receive:
- FREE registration, normally £24
- 12 months for the price of 11 for the first year, paid by monthly direct debit
There are two packages that are on offer:
- PACKAGE ONE: £15.95 per month. This will include any call outs, 24/7, should you be locked out or lose your keys.
- PACKAGE TWO: £22.87 per month. This will include the lost key service, as well as auto response should an alarm go off at your home.
- Meeting deliveries: This service costs an additional £17.50 for the first 15 minutes from their time of arrival at your home and a further £17.50 for each half an hour they need to wait - often a much more cost effective solution than losing half a day's pay. All deliveries must be booked in before 5pm on the day prior to the delivery. The Keyholding Company will then need an hours notice prior to delivery from the delivery company.

- Signing up to the services of The Keyholding Company contains limitations and exclusions of liability to any person(s) who wish to use the product of The Keyholding Company. Joslin Rowe shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which may arise as a result, directly or indirectly, from the service delivered by The Keyholding Company.
- Joslin Rowe is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or taking up of services from The Keyholding Company save to the extent that the personal injury is caused by the negligence of Joslin Rowe. Where the taking up of the service involves any risk or hazard then by using The Keyholding Company, you agree to accept such risk or hazard and to sign any waiver or consent of such as requested by Joslin Rowe or any third party at that time.
