History
When we first launched in 1982, our goal was to become a high quality financial services recruitment agency. As our reputation grew so too did our service offerings. In 1987 we expanded into temporary recruitment, launching financial services interim in 2007. In 1998, we started our Edinburgh recruitment agency, followed by Glasgow in 2000. Our alliance office in Australia opened in 2007. We now additionally recruit for the legal, professional and corporate worlds and are proud to help job seekers from Surrey to South Africa.
In the beginning, we employed just 4 people recruiting for London banking jobs. Today, over 165 staff work across the UK and overseas. We recruit for jobs in accountancy & finance, banking operations, compliance, marketing, investment management, HR, facilities, secretarial, insurance, risk, hedge funds, sales and trading, with positions as diverse as life & pensions jobs to private wealth management vacancies.
Despite our size and reach we haven’t lost our personal touch and become a faceless “chain”. Quite the opposite. Many of our employees have been with us since those early days and consultants, who started 10 and 15 years ago, now talk to clients who once were candidates. In fact, over the years we have helped our candidates climb the career ladder time and time again, often leap-frogging their colleagues thanks to our expertise.
