Since launching our speciailst Change and Interim Management division in January 2008, we have developed considerable expertise in sourcing senior contractors for our Investment Banking, Asset Management, Global Custody and Private Wealth Management clients. Typically, we recruit for business analyst jobs, project manager jobs and programme manager positions for our clients in an ever changing financial landscape, as well sourcing line management candidates for interim jobs at AVP level and above.

Some of our clients are going through a strategic review process that can open up opportunities for Management Consultants or Board level candidates, but most if not all clients will expect a proven track record within Financial Markets. Many of our clients are also reviewing front office systems and processes which can open up opportunities for candidates who have previous experience working on trading and portfolio management systems, or Interim business management positions.
