• Proven derivatives middle office experience from a rates, credit, equity, commodity or FX background.
• In depth product knowledge.
• The ability to build up relationships with the front office.
• A control mindset with focus on improving procedures rather than just performing them.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong numerate background.
• Strong technology skills
• The ability to be a self starting team player.
