Recruiter Awards
There’s no bigger recommendation of an agency’s quality than these Oscars of the recruitment world. Every year a panel of judges from banks, corporates and management schools assess hundreds of recruitment firms from client and candidate testimonials. To date we’re thrilled that Joslin Rowe is still the only financial services recruitment agency to have such a strong track record. This includes:
- Nominated in 2010 within the categories: Best Professional Recruitment Firm & Best CSR Strategy - the results are out on April 15th.
- Best Accountancy/Financial Recruitment Firm: Winners in 2005 & 2006, highly commended in 2007
- Best Office Support Agency: Winners in 2005 & 2008

Another independent body has also endorsed the way we work. Financial News is one of the most widely read and respected magazines for the financial services sector. Following a vote by line and HR managers across the City, Joslin Rowe won the awards:

Joslin Rowe Community Awards
We don’t carry out our community work for recognition – we do it because we believe in giving back. But it’s fantastic when Joslin Rowe volunteers are praised for their work. In 2005, the time staff members devoted to our mentoring for schools programme resulted in an award from the Lord Mayor of London. This Heart of the City Dragon Award was for our good works in the City. In 2004 Joslin Rowe was named Employer of the Year by City charity, The Brokerage, after we supported a work experience programme for bright, young people from inner London.
Other Joslin Rowe Accolades
We don’t believe on resting on our laurels and over the years our company and our people have won a number of other accolades. From Best Recruitment Consultant of 2008 for the head of our accountancy desk (as voted by clients and candidates in the Here is the City Awards) to Pass Magazine's Recruitment Website of the Year. And at the end of 2008 we secured two National Training Awards for the quality of the training provision our consultants receive.
