Tara Ricks Managing Director, Joslin Rowe Associates
Tara began her career as an assistant research analyst at Phillips & Drew Stockbrokers before working at Morgan Stanley International on the Convertible Bond trading desk. She joined us in 1990 as a consultant in the investment banking division and was appointed director in 1994 with responsibility for the permanent recruitment teams in both London and Scotland. In 2002, Tara became managing director of Joslin Rowe Associates.
Nabila Sadiq Managing Director, Joslin Rowe Temporaries
Nabila's career started in 1990 when she joined John Lewis as a graduate trainee before fast tracking into management. Nabila moved into recruitment in 1993, establishing the first temporary asset management desk in the City for a competitor before joining Shepherd Little as an associate director. In 1997, Nabila became part of our management team with the remit to build one of the leading temporary recruitment agencies in London. Nabila assumed responsibility for our temporary business in Scotland in 2000 and was made managing director of Joslin Rowe Temporaries in 2002.
Margaret Dyer Director, Joslin Rowe Scotland
Margaret’s early career spanned twelve years within the Scottish investment industry before she moved into recruitment. Margaret joined us in 2000 to focus on temporary recruitment in Scotland and was promoted to regional manager shortly after that. Margaret is now the director responsible for temporary and permanent recruitment in both our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
