Skills and Qualities

The majority of interim positions we recruit for are within the operational business analysis and project management field within investment banking, asset management and global custody. We also recruit for specific line manager/director maternity leave contracts - these roles are extremely varied from marketing director positions to procurement.

We're always interested in candidates who have strong product experience or specific qualifications such as Prince 2 or ACA. In addition, candidates new to interim working should have built up first class project management skills, an analytical mind and ability to make an immediate impact, for a successful transition into the world of interims.
