Recruiter Awards
There’s no bigger recommendation of an agency’s quality than these Oscars of the recruitment world. Every year a panel of judges from banks, corporates and management schools assess hundreds of recruitment firms from client and candidate testimonials. To date we’re thrilled that we’re still the only agency to have won 3 prestigious titles in two years. This includes:
- Best Accountancy/Financial Recruitment Firm: Winners in 2005 & 2006, highly commended in 2007
- Best Office Support Agency: Winners in 2005 & 2008
Financial News Awards
Another independent body has also endorsed the way we work. Financial News is one of the most widely read and respected magazines for the financial services sector. Towards the end of 2007, following a vote by line and HR managers across the City, we won the awards:
- Best Investment Banking Contingency Recruiter
- Best Asset Management Diversity Recruiter
Community Awards
We don’t carry out our community work for recognition – we do it because we believe in giving back. But it’s fantastic when our volunteers are praised for their work. In 2005, the time staff members devoted to our mentoring for schools programme resulted in an award from the Lord Mayor of London. This Heart of the City Dragon Award was for our good works in the City. In 2004 we were named Employer of the Year by City charity, The Brokerage, after we supported a work experience programme for bright, young people from inner London.
Other Accolades
We don’t believe on resting on our laurels and over the years our company and our people have won a number of other awards. From Best Website, as voted by readers of the accountancy publication Pass, to the Asian Business Woman of the Year title – which was awarded to the MD of our temporary business, Nabila Sadiq, we like to think our constantly evolving service stands out.
